  • Defining the project scope baseline and preparing the work breakdown structure (WBS)

  • Establishing the project network diagram – critical path analysis
  • Defining the cost baseline
• Project execution, monitoring & control and closing: Project knowledge transfer, reporting, scope control, cost control and earned value analysis and management of changes.
