Basic Level Agile Project Management Training

Description

Traning provides the knowledge, techniques and practices for agile project management, enabling you to be able to implement agile and move towards "being agile".

During the training, you will have basic knowledge and awareness on the following topics:

•  Agile manifesto and agile principles,
• Value based delivery,
• Agile roles and agile team,
• Agile ceremonies (iteration planning, retrospective, demo meetings, release planning, product roadmap)
• Agile measurement and monitoring
• Agile techniques (user stories, story point, Kanban, Prioritization methods, etc.)

Training content:

• Building an agile system: Agile principles and agile mindset, agile manifesto, agile principles, lean concepts and lean thinking system, Agile and Kanban, agile terminology and Scrum, agile strategies, empirical process control.
• Value based delivery: Life cycle selection, introduction to value-based prioritization, uncertainty, planning and innovation relationship, concepts of excellence
• Agile in Practice: including Scrum roles, artifacts and events): User stories, estimation techniques (story point, fibonacci series, planning poker, iteration (sprints), product and iteration backlogs, burndown chart, daily meetings, agile modeling
• Ensuring stakeholder engagement: Empowering the stakeholder, stakeholder roles, stakeholder perception of value, stakeholder types and project involvement, agile charter, progress reports, product road map, managing stakeholder expectations,
• Servant leadership, team composition, team roles, team work areas, team development – DoD (definition of done), measurable competence, project and team charter.
• Team performance: Team management in different environments, emotional intelligence and servant leadership, team empowerment, backlog preparation, release / iteration / daily standup / review – demo meetings and retrospectives are tools that enable the team to produce value.
