Privacy and Security Policy
1.1 This policy has been established to ensure privacy and security. In the Privacy Policy and Information Text, it is stated that your personal data shall be processed by the data controller " Arge Group Consultancy Software Promotion and Training Services Ltd." (“Institution”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation. 1.1 This policy has been established to ensure privacy and security. In the Privacy Policy and Information Text, it is stated that your personal data shall be processed by the data controller " Arge Group Consultancy Software Promotion and Training Services Ltd." (“Institution”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.
2- Data Controller and Privacy Representative within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
2.1 Your personal data is processed by the data controller, in accordance with the requirements of current technology, in the procedures specified below. An institution employee has been appointed as the official data controller. You shall be contacted when you send an e-mail regarding your data.
3- Purpose and Legal Reasons for Processing Personal Data
3.1 All information collected in all transactions to be carried out within the scope of education and training activities is processed for use in education and training service processes and for the activities of the Institution to be carried out in accordance with the law. The scope of these activities includes the work of business units, regulation of commercial and social policies, ensuring corporate functioning, ensuring data security, and managing human resources processes.
3.2 Processing of sensitive personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law. Data regarding individuals' race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, membership of associations, foundations or unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data of special quality is sensitive personal data. The Institute also takes adequate measures determined by the Board in the processing of sensitive personal data.
3.3 In order to provide better services, our institution may process sensitive personal data only for the purpose for which they were collected, with the consent of individuals.
4- Storage and Protection of Personal Data
4.1 Your personal data shall be kept confidential in the database and systems maintained by the Institution in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; It shall not be shared with third parties in any way except for legal obligations and regulations specified in this document. Our company is obliged to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data in the systems and databases where your personal data resides, in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, to prevent access by unauthorized persons, and to take software and physical security measures such as access management. If it becomes known that personal data has been obtained by others through illegal means, the situation shall be reported to the Personal Data Protection Board immediately, in accordance with the legal regulations and in writing. In order to keep personal data up-to-date and accurate, our Company has the obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date, in accordance with Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law. In this context, in order for the Institution to fulfill its obligations arising from the current legislation, our Customers are required to share their accurate and current data or update it via the website / mobile application.
5- Places Where Processed Personal Data Are Transferred and Purpose of Transfer
5.1 The data is not shared with any institution or organization within the scope of the education and training service. Your data is stored encrypted on reliable servers in Ankara. Access is closed except for the data controller and personnel who have signed a confidentiality agreement.
5.2 Your personal data collected by any of the above methods for processing in Turkey or for processing and storage outside Turkey may also be transferred to service agents located abroad (To countries that are accredited by the Personal Data Board and where there is adequate protection for the protection of personal data), provided that they remain within the scope of the the Personal Data Protection Law and in accordance with the contractual purposes.
6- The Method of Collection of Personal Data and its Legal Reason
6.1 Your personal data is collected by our Institution in written and electronic form through various methods, especially within the Institution's networks, in order to carry out our education and training activities. Your personal data may also be processed for the purposes specified in this Privacy and Security Policy in accordance with the basic principles, data processing conditions and exceptions stipulated by the Law.
7- Application Methods to Data Processor and Data Controller
7.1 Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Institution, you can a) learn whether your personal data is processed, b) request information if processed, c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, d) learn the parties to which it is transferred domestically / abroad, e) request correction if it is processed incompletely / incorrectly, f) request for the deletion / deletion of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) request notification of the transactions made in accordance with clauses (e) and (f) above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, h) object to a result that is unfavorable to you due to analysis exclusively by automatic systems, i) demand the elimination of the damage in case of damage due to the contrary to the law.
7.2 You can make your information and application requests via e-mail.
7.3 Our institution will finalize your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Our institution may accept the request and process it, or may reject the request in writing, explaining the reason.
8- Your Rights Regarding the Data Processing Process
8.1 In cases where the application made by following the above-mentioned procedure is rejected, the response is found to be insufficient, or the application is not responded to in due time; there is the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) within thirty and in any case sixty days from the date of application following the notification of the response. However, a complaint cannot be filed without exhausting the remedy.
8.2 Upon complaint or upon learning of an alleged violation, the Board carries out the necessary investigation sua sponte on matters within its field of duty. The Board may decide to stop data processing or transfer of data abroad in case of irreparable or impossible damages and if there is a clear violation of the law.
8.3 Your personal data obtained lawfully through membership, electronic message permission, product/service purchase and other means before April 7, 2016, the effective date of Personal Data Protection Law, is also processed and stored in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this document.

9- Credit Card Security
9.1 Our institution prioritizes the security of credit card holders who shop on our site. Your credit card information is not stored in any way our system.
9.2 When you enter the transactions process, there are two things you should pay attention to in order to understand that you are on a secure site. One of these is a key or lock icon at the bottom line of your browser. This shows that you are on a secure website and all your information is encrypted and protected. This information is used only depending on the sales transaction process and in accordance with the instructions you give. Information about the credit card used during shopping is encrypted with 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, independent of our shopping sites, and sent to the relevant bank for inquiry. If the card availability is approved can be sustained for shopping. Since no information about the card can be viewed or recorded by us, third parties are prevented from obtaining this information under any circumstances.
9.3 The reliability of payment/invoice/delivery address information of orders placed online by credit card is audited by our Institution against Credit Card Fraud. Therefore, customers who order from our shopping sites for the first time must first confirm the accuracy of their financial and address/phone information in order for their orders to reach the supply and delivery stage. If necessary, the credit card holder customer or the relevant bank is contacted to check this information.
9.4 Only you can access and change all the information you provide when becoming a member. If you keep your member login information secure, it is not possible for others to access or change information about you. For this purpose, 128 bit SSL security area is used during membership transactions. This system is an international encryption standard that is impossible to break.

11- Exceptional Situations
11.1 In the limited cases specified below, our institution may disclose user information to third parties outside the provisions of this "Privacy Policy". These situations are limited to the following:
• To comply with the obligations imposed by the legal rules ,Law, Decree Law, Regulation etc., issued by the competent legal authority and in force;
• In order to fulfill the requirements of the "Membership Agreement" and other agreements concluded by our institution with the users and to put them into practice;
• To request information about users for the purpose of conducting a research or investigation duly carried out by the competent administrative and judicial authority;
• Situations where it is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or security of users
11.2 In these cases, users accept, declare and undertake that no compensation can be claimed from the institution under any name.
12- Email Security
12.1 Never write down your credit card number or passwords in the e-mails you send to our Institution's Customer Services regarding any of your orders.
13- Browser Cookies
13.1 Our institution can obtain information about users visiting our site and their use of the website by using a technical communication file (Cookie). The technical communication files in question are small text files that a website sends to the user's browser to be stored in the main memory. The technical communication file facilitates the use of the Internet by storing status and preferences about the site.
13.2 The technical communication file helps to obtain statistical information about how many people visit the site, for what purpose, how many times a person visits the site and how long they stay on the site, and to dynamically produce advertisements and content from specially designed user pages for users.
